Every leader has the potential to engage talent, ignite passion, and strengthen their organization's mission to serve the greater good.  Professional Development Coaching expands knowledge and enhances skills, increasing confidence and competence for new leaders as well as experienced executives.  





Leadership Coaching: How Does It Work?

SESSION FORMAT

  • 1-Hour, Private, On-Line Sessions  (preferably away from work environment)
  • Convenient, Flexible Scheduling  (days, evenings, weekends) 
  • Confidential Conversations  (speak freely, process & debrief challenges confidentially)

ORIENTATION SESSION

  • Single, 45 min session (no charge)
  • Discuss program, answer questions
  • Get to know each other
  • If you choose to continue, book 6 dates for Module 1 of program.

ONGOING SESSIONS

  • 3 Leadership Modules (covered at your own pace)
  • Book 6 Sessions at a Time (pause and resume as needed)
  • 2-4 Sessions Per Month  (scheduled at your convenience)
  • Curriculum-Based Topics  (customized for individual)
  • Organizational Sponsorship or Private Clients Accepted
  • All Sessions Confidential

Leadership Module 1: SELF-LEADERSHIP

Effective Leadership Starts with Self-Awareness, Self-Assessment, and Self-Regulation


Great leaders are lifelong learners.  Taking time to reflect periodically on our own perspectives, patterns, and assumptions is essential before setting out to influencing others. This module will provide a customized opportunity to explore, clarify, and describe what's important to you as a person and as a leader of others.  The personal leadership skills gained in Module 1 will prepare you use similar tools on an organizational and interpersonal level in later work.

MODULE 2: ORGANIZATION LEADERSHIP

Advance the interests of the organization while maintaining personal values.


After a close look at ourselves, we can assess what's important to the organization in which we lead.   Organizational development is well studied, we don't have to re-invent the wheel.  The topics discussed in Module 2 will present strategies to recognize and assess organizational culture and behavior patterns, along with theories for navigating those challenges.

INTERPERSONAL LEADERSHIP

Engage and influence others for the greater good.


Leadership is influence. We may not realize how we unconsciously influence people at every level of our organization, as well as in our personal lives. Choosing to influence others consciously, and for the greater good, is a skill, a responsibility, and a privilege. In Module 3 we'll explore conscious leadership skills based on your personal strengths, social and emotional intelligence, and compassionate leadership models, to positively influence interpersonal relationships.
